Did anybody else read "Invalid Chairs" as "In-VAL-id chairs" and not "IN-val-lid chairs"??
Here I was wondering what would make the chairs in-VAL-id but still sellable.
Where they hexed?? Only non-superstitious people could buy them?? LOL.
Folding Chairs
The corner at Lombard and South Howard was swept clean. The only period survivor is at 22 South Howard, a sliver of which might be visible in the image. Somehow the Bromo Seltzer Tower survived (around the block).
