Good coaches always mix the speed & agility drills: box, ladder, cone, Charleston, shuttle. I suppose the foxtrot might improve vertical jumps, too.
What's with the guys all wearing kneepads? It looks like it would be difficult to run with those things on.
That piano stool seems to have suffered an overload. Does it include a wayward snake?
The guy on the left looks like Arthur Godfrey. The piano player has a different slant on life.
