The 5 angled hood louvres and cowl vent indicate a 1921 Lorraine.

I'll presume the photographer a genius for capturing a brick building almost half-gutted by fire while framing the letters "WAR" in the rear window of the automobile. Or, uhh, he was lucky and any significance was lost on him. Or, I'm reading too much into dark seemingly glass-free windowpanes and well-groomed debris outside.
