I found this ad in the Sunday, April 22, 1917 edition of the Washington Times.
"Henry Frain -- Painting" reads the sign reflected in the car window. Very possibly this guy: "Mr. Frain, a native and lifelong resident of Washington, was the son of the late Davis and Maria Frain. He succeeded his father in business as a painting contractor."
