Even when they spelled out '92 with their hats, they had to put a period at the end.
According to lists that I could easily find, this group includes:
Admiral Luke McNamee, who served as the 10th and 12th Naval Govenor of Guam and advanced to the rank of Admiral
Captain Edward Stanley Kellogg, 16th Governor of American Samoa (1923–1925)
Major General John H. Russell, Jr.; Commandant of the Marine Corps (1934–1936)
Rear Admiral Yates Stirling, Jr.
Lieutenant General John Twiggs Myers; Marine Corps
anyone caught smiling will be keelhauled, that is an order !
