This looks like the preparation area of the Mammal Division at NMNH. Note the elk antler in the background. The skin has been tanned - not for taxidermy - but for a scientific specimen.
Could be a sea otter pelt. The size and long neck suggest it.
And rightly spoken; what words would suffice? I think her husband's name is Igor.
Its visible front paw looks prehensile, so this is likely a primate.
I think it's Norman Bates' mother, in better days. She's been cleaning his room and asked "What for?" He replied, "Get stuffed" and that got him thinking...

That is quite the setup our young lady has, I am assuming she does taxidermy for a hobby. I just don't understand the large can of sausage on the shelf.
Long-tailed macaque is my guess. Too long of a tail for a even a big cat.
