102 years later, I can't get my scouts to stand in straight lines. Even if I gave them each a silver dollar they would be pushing and wrestling and wandering off.
I wonder if that first Scout Master had the same problem with these boys?
Looks like the scout is depositing an 1899 silver certificate.
