Odd as that sign on the lower right looks, there was a Youghiogheny & Lehigh Coal Company in St. Paul back then.
Razed in the 1930's after a beautiful art deco city hall and Ramsey county courthouse was built kitty corner. Landmark Center was the US Courthouse and post office a couple of blocks away.
