I don't get the focus here at all. Along the left, it's blurry up to but not including the back wall, where the wood grain and clock are beautifully crisp. Down the middle, blurry with what I assume is movement until the back wall. Along the right, blurry in the immediate foreground (check the pot to the right of the plant), but sharply crisp on the pots in the middle ground, to the right of the woman in darker smock and hat.
I can't resist pointing out the two beautiful light bulbs above the head of the sister with the classic nun headgear.
