Circa 1899. "Ekin, L.M." Lorian Moreau Ekin, stenographic prodigy, and his new bride, the former Martha Lucile Agnew, last seen here. 5x7 inch glass negative from the C.M. Bell portrait studio in Washington, D.C. View full size.
The style of clothing and the concern of many regarding their appearance should be brought forward to the 21st Century. We all should learn how to improve our appearance. [As noted in the caption, the photos were made at the Bell portrait studio in Washington; Lorian and Martha were married in West Virginia. - Dave]
