My guess is that this photo was taken roughly 37 minutes after the previous one (referenced in the caption.)
The bank tall building is gone and so others, many still standing.
I tried in vain to match up vehicles and people in this photo with the other photo in the link provided in the caption. Then I spotted the two clocks in both views (one on each side of the street). The time is 1:22 in this photo and 11:45 in the other. But it’s likely the same day, since the workman on the suspended gondola to the right has almost finished painting the last quarter of the white brick façade beside the bank in the intervening hour and a half.

Savannah seems to have recovered nicely from the earlier "unpleasantness".
I wonder what the troops who fought at Gettysburg thought of automobiles and electric lights.
