That entire block is now vacant. In 1935 Wheelan's was located at 518 Alton Road and advertised "Out of the Ocean, into the pan" seafood dining in the "Marine Room".
Can't quite place the Gulf Station with the address 1315 something street.
When they fire up all that neon, I bet they could guide ships in off the ocean.
