My wife's family is from Crowley, and not much has changed since this photo was taken. Her grandmother would have been 26 years old and probably at the festival. She loved to dance. I like the previous photos of this event as well.
The fiddler has a great profile. And his waist looks to be about 28 inches! That's an unusual three-button waistband on his trousers. They remind me of a flamenco dancer's costume.
