I found one woman for sure, and a couple frilly hats, but the faces were obcured.
She's about two-thirds the way up on the right, about five faces in, and she's a pretty thing, too:
Integrated, perhaps but it must have been stag day as I don't see a woman, bareheaded or otherwise, in the photo.
The thing I find really interesting about this photo is the degree to which the crowd is integrated. In Washington. In 1923. Remembering that Washington was essentially a Southern city - and given what I've read about the way crowds were handled even in the North - my expectation would be that the crowd at the ballgame would have been far more segregated than this photo indicates.

Seating here is decidedly mixed. Relations in the past could be downright simple.
The prevalence of the hat in early 20th-century America continues to astound me. I gave it a good visual scouring, but I couldn't find a single male person in this picture without a hat. Perhaps I missed one, but still...
