While most folks will be commenting on Gidget, I wonder what's up with the two palookas she's smiling at. Especially the lower one with the Moe Howard haircut and what looks like a flotation device behind his neck. The other guy seems rather serious. Perhaps they are directing a publicity demonstration to advertise their new product. They picked the right cutie to do it!
Perhaps the device should be used on the kid on the left.
