I wonder what these girls would think of the outfits NOT worn by modern female track competitors.
Thank you for the history lesson. We are USA Track & Field certified officials, and regularly work NCAA meets in central Pennsylvania. We probably take the participation of the women athletes too much for granted, failing to remember how recently they were integrated into the sport. And what great young women they are!
