Chiropodist (chiro=hand, pod=foot) was the term used in the days before the AMA usurped chiropodists' legal ability to diagnose, treat or operate on the hands. After the AMA was done, chiropodists could only deal with the feet, hence the change to "podiatrist."

The center door has got to be the most awkward design ever. The door opens to the space between the front and back seats. You have to crawl between the two front seats to get into one of them. Did I mention that the driver sits on top of the gas tank?
