When I was a tyke back in the '60s, I we had a catcher's mitt like the one shown here. It was my dad's from when he was a kid. He even used it to play catch with me. Sadly it's no longer around.
Apparently at CHMA you could major in "ears."

I hadn't seen lettering done vertically before like that. Very slick.
This team's uniforms and equipment are certainly a cut about that of other teams we have seen recently. All very clean and in good repair.
